Tenants shall make No alterations,
improvements or remodeling to the building or their apartments without the prior written
consent of the landlord.
This includes additional air-conditioning
units in the apartments, painting the apartment, adding screen doors,
washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal etc.
All alterations, changes, and
improvements, built, constructed, or placed on the premises by tenant, shall
be the property of the landlord and it will remain on the premises at the
expiration or sooner termination of the lease. Unless a written agreement
between tenant and landlord, was created.
