Please note: the
amount of rent I charge my tenants in each building is based on the expenses
each building generates. If my expenses do not increase dramatically, your
rent will Not be raised. However, if my expenses increase, I will have to
raise the rent. Please click on

expenses to a minimal.
I am asking all
my tenants to please help keep the property clean by not throwing empty
cans, paper, or any other form of garbage on the ground.
