Your
rent is due, in full, on the 1st of every month and your rent becomes late
on the 5th of every month. If payment is not received by the 7th of the
month, a $40.00 late fee will be charged to your account. Rent payment,
including the late fee, must be received by the 10th of the month in order
to avoid a three day notice which then starts the eviction process. Again, I
expect full payment of your rent by the above dates.
Excuses will
not be
tolerated.
Payments can be made in Cash, Money
Orders or Personal Checks. However, if a personal check is returned
for what ever reason, a $40.00 fee will be added to your account and future
payments will have to be made in Cash or Money Orders. Payments are
given to me, Oscar Sanchez, or an authorized personnel in your building.
I will inform you who is authorized in your building. I will never
send a representative to collect your rent on my behalf. I will always
inform you a head of time if someone will pick up your rent on my behalf
