Selling drugs on my premises or its surrounding, is strictly prohibited.

If you are caught selling drugs, or if I, Oscar Sanchez, the landlord, or management suspect that you are selling drugs, your tenancy will be terminated and charges will be filed. If your tenancy is terminated, you will be held responsible for all legal cost and any rent owed. Your deposit will not be returned.

 Illegal activities

Any illegal activity on my premises or its surrounding is strictly prohibited.
 

If you are caught in any illegal activities or if I, Oscar Sanchez the landlord, or management suspect that you are engaged in any illegal activities, your tenancy will be terminated and charges will be filed. If your tenancy is terminated, you will be held responsible for all legal costs and any rent owed. Your deposit will not be returned.

No dogs allowed

Dogs are not allowed in any of my properties. If you have any other type of pets, keep them inside your apartment.

Noise

Loud music, Loud TV, and Loud Talking are Not  Permitted inside your apartment or outside our premises, especially between the hours of 10:00 P.M. through 9:00AM Keep in mind that other tenants are trying to rest and sleep. Do not let a group of your friends hang out around our premises, be loud and disturb other tenants. Our building is not a hang out place for loud and rude people. Our building is your home. It is a place for you to enjoy the peace and quiet we offer.   

Garbage

Make sure to place all your garbage in the garbage bin. Do not throw garbage, papers, cans or other types of garbage on the ground or leave them in the hall way.

Application Form

Read carefully before signing our application form.
By signing our application form, you declare that the statements on the application form are true and correct and that you have read this statement. You authorize the property owner and manager the right to obtain information and verify references. You understand that if any statements provided in the application form are found to be false or incorrect, the property owner has the right to terminate your tenancy without any further notice. If your tenancy is terminated, you understand that your deposit will not be returned. You understand that your tenancy is for One Year from the date you move in. If you terminate your tenancy for any reason, in less than one year, your deposit will not be returned.
